I love this sweet little family..... Michaela's Photography....

He travels the country teaching ballroom & Latin dancing..... She's an acrobat for Le Reve at the Wynn casino in Vegas... He's Latin and she is his French beauty!  I adore her lovely French accent! ...  They live a fantastic life in Vegas with their littlest beauty... 8 month old.. Valeska... who is learning to be trilingual! (Spanish, French & English!)  She's such a happy girl and LOVED the water!

I know these are special images now but many years from now they will be even more special.  This entire session was just pure magic... This mom and her little girl were so wonderful to work with, they opened their hearts and home to me... they were very comfortable in front of the camera and the result are beautiful images to be treasured forever!  ~Michaela

A special Garden.... Olympia Lifestyle Child Photographer

I can't help it I keep posting images from this session... it was such a fun time... because I don't have a little girl of my own, how lucky am I to get to play dress up and photograph such a beautiful little girl!

This garden is special... it's the garden she planted with her Grandfather, this is what childhood memories are made of... not big fancy toys, a simple little vegetable garden and time with her Grandfather. 

Those are my memories of my own Grandfather a sweet gentle man that I loved so much.  Later he was paralyzed and bed ridden, he also was diabetic and I remember sneaking and giving him chocolate treats on Easter and other holidays... it was our little secret.

When Mom and I discussed planning this session she mentioned wanting the images to have some bohemian style... I loved that!!... I have a bit of bohemian in me... Remember Edie Brickell?  I was a huge fan in the late 80's!

This video will bring back lots of memories for my old roommate Kim.  While everyone had wild 80's hair I had long Edie hair.

I love this first image because she still has that baby look... poochy baby belly popping out... and then she started dancing for me... the next few images make me so happy... she's just too stinking cute!! ~Michaela

A dreamy session... with a little angel...

A Father's Day surprise of the most angelic little girl! We had a consultation first, planning where we would have the session. While mom and I were chatting... Grandpa took little miss L for a walk on the beach, made a bracelet with her and spent some time in the garden that they planted together. This little girl is so loved and has such a magical childhood! Mom said she might take some time to warm up to me... she's a bit shy... It took her like 2 seconds to warm up! We had such a fun time! Little Miss L loved dancing for me!  I snapped a few photographs of Mommy too, We Mom's don't take the time or want to be photographed, but we need to for our kids. I love these images of Mommy, she's so beautiful inside and out! ... Check back soon for many more images of this session!!  ~Michaela
